The Original W Golf Classic 2024 marks the fourth successful LOB, Inc. golf fundraiser. We first want to thank our sponsors, participants, volunteers, workers, interns, LOB, Inc. board, and Kingwood Country Club in Kingwood, TX. Special thanks to our golf classic coordinator Chaundra Frank and our Golf Committee headed up by LOB, Inc. Treasurer Charlene Jackson. 

It was a beautiful day that began with an enthusiastic group of golfers. At the clubhouse, special guests and supporters enjoyed the “Sneaker Tea Breakfast” with a panel discussion hosted and moderated by Chaundra Frank. Board members shared personal experiences and overall history of the WBL and the mission of Legends of the Ball, Inc.

The golfers participated in a silent auction while enjoying lunch and culminating with a raffle that featured a variety of prizes.

Our profits from the golf classic fund the “Legends Scholarship Endowment” and leadership and skills camps in the Houston area.
